Customer Service / Receptionists
You are the first contact with our customers (the "moment of truth") which often sets the tone for their lasting impression of the YMCA. How our customers feel after talking to you will be more important than the programs and services they have come to purchase. It is all about their first and ongoing experience. You will require the willingness, drive and passion to go above and beyond the call of duty to please our customers.
This position operates primarily from the front desk, and requires a complete knowledge and understanding of reception / customer service. You will be responsible for cash handling, telephone operation, program bookings and memberships.

What you need to get started
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Blue Card
- A warm approachable manner
- Experience in either retail, customer service, administration or reception
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Windows and MSWord)
