Squad Training

During the warmer months, the centre runs squad fitness sessions for members and the general public.

Sessions include

  • Fitness training
  • Stroke development
  • Provide a good all over fitness workout
Moderate to reasonable swimming ability required to take part

Sessions are offered at no charge for members of the fitness centre.

Otherwise standard fitness centre entry fees apply.

Squad times

  • Seniors : Mon & Wed, 6.00pm - 7.00pm
  • Juniors : Wed, 5.00pm - 6.00pm
