Are you sick of doing the same cardio workout in the GYM? Then come and try our FIT BOX class!

Fantastic 60 minute cardio workout. We focus on Boxing, abdominal/muscular strength and burning fat.

Boxing is one of the best cardiovascular workouts and is great for stress relief.  Participants are both male and female, of all ages and no experience is need as correct technique is taught.   So come on down and see JOSH, JAY or KAHN.

Circuit format - using basic boxing techniques, bag work and cardio segments.

Inner gloves are required and available at reception for $1.
