Happy Mums Club

Happy Mum’s Club is a program supporting mothers with young children who experience ‘burn out’ as they juggle day to day activities, attend to their children, family and possibly even employment whilst leaving little time for themselves to attend to their mental and physical wellbeing.

The ‘Happy Mums Club’ is a group personal training program that provides mothers in similar circumstances with the opportunity to meet and exercise whilst their children are cared for by our experienced childcare team. In addition, mothers will have time to sit and discuss the current issues that they have and help each other to find solutions that bring greater lifestyle balance that benefits not only them, but also the entire family.  We believe that happier mum means happeir families.

INCLUSIONSalt

  • 5 x One Hour Group Personal Training Sessions per week (9.30-10.30am daily)
  • Childminding whilst attending the Group Sessions
  • Full Access to the gym outside of the scheduled Group Personal Training sessions
  • A fantastic support network of Mums and friends in the same situation as you
  • Quality “ME” time

GROUP SESSIONS

Each session is 60 minutes and includes a variety of activities, such as:

  • Weights
  • Boxing
  • Jogging
  • Hill sprints
  • Studio Cycling and much more

No two sessions are the same, and as all of the mums have varying fitness levels the sessions are structured in a way that caters for all fitness levels.

CHILDMINDING

Your child/ren will be cared for by our friendly staff in our childminding service, all whilst you are attending your group PT session.

Childminding is available:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 10:45am

Exercise whilst knowing your child is being cared for during your workout in a safe and friendly environment by our qualified staff.

$4 per child (outside of group personal training times)
