Teen Fitness Program

altAustralian teenagers are becoming less active and more overweight. When they are unhealthy they have less confidence and coping mechanisms to deal with what life throws them. Through our teen fitness program, we teach and train teenagers 12-16 years that leading an active, healthier lifestyle now, will enable them to deal with the pressures that go with being a teenager. In addition, they learn the tools and knowledge to fight off health related issues such as heart disease and diabetes, that could be waiting for them in their adult life if they choose an unhealthy lifestyle.

Here’s our Teen approach to Wellness

  • 60 minute group personal training sessions, 3 times per week for
  • Weight training and cardiovascular conditioning with a developing teenager’s body in mind
  • A fun, controlled exercise environment under the guidance of qualified trainers
  • Information handouts that focus on teen issues and how they can develop new healthier habits for now and long term success
  • The perfect outlet for stressful times such as homework and exam blocks
  • Develop a sense of team work and commitment which is essential for success in the workplace
