KICKSTART MEMBERSHIP

The perfect membership for those that have a specific goal in a short amount of time, or for those that want to ensure they WILL commit to their NEW healthier lifestyle.  For a discounted investment you receive the following:

  • 1half hour Personal Training session per week for 10 weeks
  • 10 weeks gym membership (including access to the Gym and Group Fitness Facilities)

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS

Training with a group of 6 or more people is a great why to meet new friends and keep Personal Training even more affordable for yourself.

Currently we have the following Groups available:

  1. YMCA Boot Camp → 3 x 1 hour sessions per week.
  2. Happy Mums Club → 2 or 3 x 1 hour sessions per week.
  3. Premium Membership → 2 x 1 hour sessions per week.
  4. YMCA Weight Loss for Women → 2 x 1 hour sessions per week.
  5. YMCA Men with Guts → 2 x 1 hour sessions per week.
  6. Teen Fitness Program → 3 x 1 hour sessions per week.
