Y-West Vacation Care is for children ranging from ages 5 - 12 years.
- Centre Hours – 7am – 6pm
- Government Rebates available
- $39.00 per day, includes afternoon tea.

- No benefit can be given by Y-West until YMCA receives all relevant information (D.O.B and CRN numbers).
BOOKINGS
No bookings will be accepted over the phone, Please return you booking form to Y-West.
PARENT/CHILD INFORMATION
- Children need to be signed in on arrival and signed out on departure from centre.
- If you wish to contact your child, please phone the Y-West centre on 3376 4266.
- Please send any money in a wallet or envelope with your child’s name clearly marked. Max.$5
- Label clearly all of your child's belongings
- Do not allow your child to bring any valuables to the centre. e.g. MP3 Players, Mobile Phones.
- The YMCA accepts no responsibility for goods lost or stolen.
- Please advise the centre of any changes to your plans e.g. transport plans, non-attendance.
- Please advise the centre staff of any special need or requirement for your child prior to the program starting.
- Please ensure your children are at the centre by 8.30am on excursion days
- Please come and speak to the Co-ordinator about any medical issues your child/ren has.
- PLEASE BRING – Morning tea / Lunch / Sun Hat / Drink bottle / Shoes & socks / Sunscreen
