Les Mills CXWORX hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper and lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, improving functional strength and assisting injury prevention. A 30 minute class that combines personal training with group fitness.

Les Mills BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable Instructor.

A high-energy interval training class combining athletic aerobic moves with strength and stabilization exercises. For all fitness levels.

TRX

Using suspension bands TRX is a total–body workout that uses gravity against your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core strength. Places are limited.

Aqua Aerobics

Suitable for beginner or advanced, everyone can benefit from low impact aqua classes designed to increase movement, flexibility & encourage greater joint movement. Aqua is the number one method of rehabilitation recommended by occupational therapists.

Zumba

Loaded with red‐hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and easy‐to‐follow routines, this invigorating dance‐fitness "party" will have you movin', groovin' and shakin' the weight off to the sexy, exotic rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue and more!

Ballast Ball

Welcome to the new school of fitball training! It stays put & won’t wander away from you. The 2.8 pound of special steel shot in the ball opens the door to exercise progressions and dynamic movements you simply can’t perform on a regular fitball. The ball just got BETTER!

An Aerobic and Muscle Conditioning workout specifically designed for the young at heart participant aged 50 years & over. A great workout in a social atmosphere.

Grit Strength

A 30 minute High Intensity Interval training that will challenge even the fittest participant.

Heart Moves

Gentle physical activity for anyone who hasn’t done exercise in a while.

Lite Pace

An Aerobic and muscle conditioning workout at a mild pace. Great for beginners & 50’s+.
